Is that a canal off to the right, why yes… yes, it is. How convenient is this? Attached to the 80 ft of concrete seawall of your new Salt Life Digs is a dock with a tiki bar and boat lift. You jump into that boat that you brought from somewhere up north that only allows 2 months of use, then head down the canal out to the Myakka River. While slowly cruising the channel, a playful dolphin or two enjoy surfing your wake, then a friendly Manatee and her calf raise to the surface to have a peek. Back at the house, the Gumbo is ready, you could sit in the formal dining area or cozy up to the kitchen bar, but instead you head out to that lanai and take in the view across the infinity pool. Well, it’s been a rough day in Florida, maybe it’s time to jump into the hot tub connected to the pool with some adult beverages and savor the rest of that amazing sunset. Don’t forget to let the dog out into the fenced in back yard, you’ve played hard, time to kick back! And if you think it can’t get any better, the garage is air conditioned with its own entry and bathroom… can you say Mother-in-law Suite? You don’t have to, we just did!
